Propel is exactly what I needed to get back on track with swimming. I had lessons many decades ago when I was a child, so I just needed an instructor with the patience and knowledge that Stephen C. has to get me back on track. In two lessons, he had taught me both the front and back crawl and we had started working on the breast stroke. You can make amazing progress with the right instructor. Additonally, the Yorkville Royal Sonesta Hotel pool is perfect for lessons. Highly recommend!

Kate H is an incredible instructor, who I'd recommend to any swimmer, from beginner to advanced. She brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to every lesson. I booked a few lessons to try to work towards lane swimming and I'm amazed at how much I've progressed already. Kate is a patient, detailed and extremely technical instructor who keeps things focused yet fun. She put me at ease the moment I stepped into the pool. Love the ability to book lessons to suit my schedule instead of needing to commit to a regular time. Pool and facilities are perfect for lessons.
