Swim lessons with Mohammad A.

Hi! My name is Mohammad but I also go by Mo! I am a passionate swim instructor with 6+ years of experience working with all types of ages and skill levels. Skillset: ► I am patient with children and try to keep my classes lighthearted and engaging with games while still reinforcing essential swimming techniques. ► I am able to demonstrate and explain: • beginner to high level techniques including the 4 main competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly). • competitive techniques (flip turns, touch turns) • and essential deep-end techniques such as maintaining surface support with eggbeater ► I believe in careful progression and reinforcing perfect technique through drills and mobility exercises. Communication is the most important thing for me so you can let me know at the end of a lesson if you would like a recommendation on any exercises to perform on your own time that will aid you in mastering your swimming techniques. Swimming is my greatest passion and I still swim competitively to this day for Mississauga Masters. I hope to continue learning as a swimmer as well as an instructor and look forward to meeting you!
