I am a personal trainer who has city trained experience in teaching both kids and adults. If would like to take on the courageous challenge of swimming, feel free to contact me! Send me a message if you're interested in learning more. *I also offer one-off lessons to anyone looking to improve in one specific skillset ie. breast stroke, front crawl, back crawl, egg beater etc. Here is an overview of how I teach my classes: Complete beginners: We will start off slow by focusing on relieving our anxiety with the water. Practice small skills such as blowing bubbles and proper breathing techniques. Then I cater my lessons to suit each of your needs. Your safety and comfort comes first. Aquafit: Recommended for people struggling with back and knee pain. We start off slow with small workouts and carry on to basic swim skills. This is great to keep you active and relieve any joint/ muscle pains. Intermediate: We will start with a swim test to see what basic skills you are confident in and which are lacking. Then we focus on building proper techniques in the areas you need help the most. Advanced: Coach-style training. We focus on building your endurance and improving your stroke techniques. This is great for any fitness level swimmers who are looking to swim with more efficiency.
